Terri brings her expertise in fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching — helping clients build healthy habits and confidence from the inside out.
Marc adds next-level strength and performance training, specializing in toning, muscle building, glute training, and athletic conditioning.

About Coach Terri
I’m Coach Terri, a Certified Personal Trainer, an ex-pro athlete, PN Nutrition Certified Coach, and graduate of the National Personal Training Institute. I hold a B.S. in Sports Management and Kinesiology from Calu of PA.
I specialize in virtual fitness and nutrition coaching for women 40 and up, helping clients achieve sustainable weight loss, muscle toning, strength building, and improved energy—especially during menopause and midlife transitions.
My mission is to make healthy living simple, empowering, and stress-free. I believe fitness should fit your lifestyle, not take it over. Through personalized training, realistic nutrition strategies, and consistent accountability, I help women step into their confidence, strength, and greatness—one small, sustainable change at a time!
About Coach Marc
Hi! I’m Coach Marc — a NASM-certified personal trainer, former athlete, and U.S. military veteran. My passion is helping people transform their bodies, build real strength, and feel confident in their own skin.
With a background in athletics and military training, I bring discipline, structure, and motivation to every session. I specialize in toning, building muscle, glute training, and sports conditioning, and I take pride in creating programs that are challenging, effective, and customized for each client.
My coaching is in-person only, because I believe in the power of hands-on guidance, real-time feedback, and the energy that comes from training face-to-face. Every client deserves personalized attention, accountability, and a coach who’s right there pushing them toward their goals.
